Osti Matti

"Osti Matti" tells the story of Trattoria Osti Matti in Rome, Italy, through the voices of its owners, Sabatino and Giulia. It traces how they turned a vision into a deeply personal and authentic culinary space, grounded in simplicity, quality ingredients, and a strong sense of community. More than a restaurant, their work reflects the artistry and cultural significance of food as a form of connection and storytelling. Completed in December 2025, this documentary served as my senior capstone project at Sacred Heart University, and was independently produced and created from initial concept to the final cut.
